In Financial Leasing App is possible to make early termination of contract in simple steps.

In the first step you have to go to active contract card, which you want to make change on and trim financing period

After recalculation of payment calendar you will see that the rest of unpaid payment amount is divided accordingly.

In second step you have to Change Status and click on Early Termination of Contract.

Enter Early Termination Date and Early Termination Reason

Contract will be moved to Closing scope

Status for Financing of an Item/Fixed Asset will be set to Closed

On Financing Card are these data filled under the tab Closing

In report, which can be found under Reports/Early Termination Calculation is seen calculation of initial and outstanding Principal Amount, Insurance Amount, Service Amount and Interest Amount

Status can be changed to Settling

After financial settlement of the contract can be status changed to Archived

The contract can be early terminated only from the last unposted installment that you see in the payments calendar.
