Fixed Asset Card

If Object Source is selected Fixed Asset, user will work with Fixed Assets as object for Financial Leasing. Fixed Asset is standard object which is describe in MS Learn Create a fixed asset - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn (without guarantee).

Home section (in heather)

• Release Fixed Asset

  • Button to release the Fixed Asset Card in case the calculation is not completed.

  • Clicking on button set the Status for Financing to Available

  • Release Item is active only if the Status for Financing = Reserved

For Financial Leasing we can follow on Fixed Asset Card following fields related to Financial Leasing:

• Financing No.

  • Field is filled by Financing No. of the financing where is object assigned

• Customer No.

  • Field is filled by Customer No. of the financing where is the object assigned

  • Clicking on Customer No. redirects user to Financing List with filter on Contract No.

• Customer Name

  • Field is filled by Customer No. of the financing where is the object assigned

  • Clicking on Customer Name redirects user to Financing List with filter on Contract No.

• Contract Status

  • Field is filled by Customer No. of the financing where is the object assigned

  • Clicking on Contract Status redirects user to Financing List with filter on Contract No.

• Purchase Price

  • Editable field

  • Value of this field is taken into the Wizard as Purchase Price for creation of new financial leasing

  • Value in this field is overwritten if changed in wizard or financing

• Service per Financing Period

  • Editable field

  • Value of this field is taken into the Wizard as Service per FP for creation of new financial leasing

  • Value in this field is overwritten if changed in wizard or financing

• Insurance Per Financing Period

  • Editable field

  • Value of this field is taken into the Wizard as Insurance per FP for creation of new financial leasing

  • Value in this field is overwritten if changed in wizard or financing

• Status for Financing

  • Available

    • Free object available for financing

  • Reserved

    • Object was used for financing and contract has status Calculation, Waiting for Approval, Approved, Signed

  • Active

    • Object was used for financing and contract has status Active, Suspend

  • Closed

    • Object was used for financing and contract has status Closing, Archived
