Importers & Dealers Network Management

New functionality has been introduced to enhance Importers and Dealers Network Management.

• Added Cooperation Partner and Dealership flags to Contract and Vendor tables/cards.

• Introduced new Importers table, list, and card.

• Added new Contracted Dealerships list.

• Added new Importer–Dealer Relation table and list.

• Updated OneCore – Sales Manager Role Center with a new Importers and Dealers menu.

• Added new Dealership Enterprises table, list, and card.

• Added new Dealership Centers table, list, and card.

Retention policy

The functionality for deleting old data from logs has been expanded with the ability to set OneCore logs to delete old data. The expansion is implemented in Retention Policy Setup.

Insurance Statement Enhancements

Expanding the definition with fields "Insurance Statement Line" from the insurance company calendar for the  report type "Insurance Portfolio" from the for "main" and "additional" insurance.

New field in the Insurance Report Definition:

• Fixed Part Changes (Yes/No)

  • Fields marked (Yes) will always be displayed in the one-line change report  

  • Unmarked fields (No), will be in the one-line change report only if they are marked Track change = Yes and a change occurred in the field during the reporting period

Report Type Changes

When exporting a change report, the user can choose whether they want a Single-line or Two-line export for changes.

The default change statement is single-line (Two-line export for changes = No).

Single line

In the single-line change report, only fields that are marked in the definition as "Fixed Part Change" or fields marked "Change Tracking" and at the same time the change occurred during the reporting period will be listed.

Two-line

If the user chooses a Two-line export for changes, there will be two lines for each item in the report. The first line contains the current value of the fields. The second line contains the original value in the field that was changed in the reporting period.

Maintenance Permission Enhancements

A new functionality, “Attachments”, has been added to the Maintenance Permission card and list. It is now possible to add attachments (pictures, documents, etc.) to the service permission.

The Attachment Types field (in the Attachments table) has been extended with a new value: “Order to Pay a Fine”. This allows you to add and correctly categorize this type of document.

The Licence Plate History list has been updated; the field Financed Object No. is now visible as well.

Cues modification in Role centres

Cues (Activities) in OneCore Role centres were modified - if the number of records is higher then 999, they will display the real number of records (and not 999+ as before the modification).
