A Handover Protocol is a formal document or digital record that documents the transfer of responsibility for an item, asset, or equipment from one party to another—typically at the start or end of a rental or service period.
After clicking on Handover Protocol you will see Handover Protocol Card which contains basic information about Taking-Over and Returning of rent item.

Click on button Print Protocol and see all information are reflected from system into protocol.

Make notes of damages per particular Rent Item via Manage/Damages.

This damage is also reflected into damaged rent item (on Rent Item Card).

In case the damage is still not actual anymore it can be inactivated
The damage is also shown in Handover Protocol. In case the item was damaged before you rent it and is still active, you will see it in part Taking-over damages. In case the item was damaged by you during the rent, it will be shown in part Returning damages.
