Creating a New Rent from the Vehicle Utilization List

By clicking on the value of the rental start date in the Vehicle Utilization Matrix of the vehicle

This will open up the options for creating:

After marking New Rental, the Rent Card will be created in the New status and the line with the vehicle will be filled in.

Date From and Date To will be filled with the current system date and Rent From (Time) will be filled with the system time of rental creation

Another option to create a rental is to use the Create Reservation/Rent wizard, which can be run in the action ribbon of the One Core - Car Rental Dispatcher role of the center.

In the first step, the user fills in the following fields
-
Type - Determine whether it is a reservation or a rental - required field

Tenant name - a field linked to the code list of customers in BC. User selects the customer for whom the reservation or rent is intended - - mandatory field

Monthly rent - selection of the parameter whether it is a monthly or daily rent - optional field

Rent From(Date) - Rent Start Date - Mandatory field

Rent from(Time) - rent start time - mandatory field

Rent to(Date) - Rent End Date - required field

Rent to(Time) - Rent End Time - mandatory field

Subsequently, the user selects the "Next" option, which moves the wizard to the second step

Step Two

Pricelist code - selection of pricelist (category) of rented vehicle. It is possible to select a specific vehicle directly in the following field and the value of the price list will be completed by the system

Vehicle - user selects a specific vehicle - required field

Vehicle description - completes the system according to the selected car

Rate (Month) - completes the system according to the selected car and its price list

Permission user - to be completed by the user from the Contact(5050) code list with the type person - optional field

Subsequently, the user selects the "Next" option, which triggers the function for creating a rental

The user will then see the card of the created loan, which can be further worked with.
