Foreign currency contract improvement.

1. A new table Contract Exchange Rate History was added. It is filled automatically by the system in the quote creation process if the Contract Currency Code is not empty. The system finds the last known Contract Exchange Rate for the Currency Code from the Currency Exchange Rate table, then updates the fields Contract Exchange Rate Date and Contract Exchange Rate to the financing contract header. After this, it creates a record in the new table Contract Exchange Rate History.

2. The new table Contract Exchange Rate History was added to all copy and deletion functionalities - Copy Offer/Contract, Delete (offer/contract), Create Contract from Offer, Change Copy functionalities and Variant functionalities.

Dimensions were added to the Rental:

• adding a dimension list to the vehicle card

• adding the dimension list to the card and the reservation line and "rent"

• dimensions from the customer specified in the reservation, "rent" are transferred to the reservation/"rent" card

• the dimensions of the selected vehicle in the reservation/rental line are transferred to the reservation/rental line

• the added dimensions are transferred to the invoice. Dimensions from the "rent" header to the invoice header and dimensions from the rent line to the invoice line

Final Settlement enhancement for foreign currency contracts.

Two new informative fields were added to the final settlements - Currency Code and Contract Exchange Rate. Fields are filled automaticthe ally in the final settlement creation process, from the financing contract header.

The document number of the posted Financial Leasing installment is usually created as Contract Number/Instalment Number. If this installment is cancelled, then the system adds a suffix (e.g. "S", according to the setting) to the document number. For the extensions, Slovak Localization Essentials and Statutory Reporting, the addition of a suffix to the document number of the original invoice is also added to VAT Entries (extra) and Foreign VAT Entries.

This modification corrects the fulfillment of the Previous Doc. Number/Legacy to the Credit Memo when the tariff is changed. Newly, all rental invoices that relate to the crediting period are added to the Credit Memo.

Fixed an error when applying Customer ledger entries on the balance that occurred when:

• the Payment Ahead module is deactivated

• the invoice is applied with the payment

• the invoice is in the applying header, the payment is in the applying line

• the payment date is lower than the invoice date 

This Customer ledger could not be applied, the application ended with an error message.

The Standard function for sending emails (MS Base App) doesn’t return information about sending. The issue is in versions from 22.6 to 24. OneCore offers a workaround or event with which you can use your function to send email as part of customizations.
