This tab contains basic information about booking a car

• Number

  • Here, the system automatically fills in the reservation number from the number series assigned to reservations.

• Tenant No.

  • Here, after clicking, the user selects the tenant number from the linked form. After its confirmation, the information in the Tenant Name field will be filled in.

• Do not allow overbooking

  • This field ensures that in the event of an automatic rebooking of vehicles, this vehicle will be excluded from this activity. These are cases where we want to ensure that a particular vehicle is reserved for a specific renter.

• Contract Status

  • This field informs the user about the status of the reservation. The following values are available:

    • New – new rental – the vehicle has not yet been reserved

    • Issued – the loan has been issued

    • Cancelled – the loan has been cancelled by the user

    • Terminated – the end time of the lease has been entered and the loan has been terminated

    • Invoiced – an invoice has been created

• Created [Date]

  • Here, the system inserts the working date on the day the reservation was created.

• Monthly Rental

  • When this box is checked, the rate from the price list per month will be taken into account for the calculation of the rental price.

• Loan from an insurance company

  • Checking this box will open a window for inserting an insurance company

• Insurance Company No.

  • after checking the Loan to insurance company, the user can enter the insurance company number from the insurance company code list

• Insurance Company Name

  • After selecting the Insurance Company Number, the system automatically inserts the corresponding name of the insurance company

• Insurance Type

  • The user selects whether it is mandatory or accident insurance.

• Guarantee

  • Here the user can check whether it is a Guarantee or not.

• Rent Created

  • is automatically ticked at the time of booking a reservation.

• Other Assurance

  • In the case of a warranty other than the standard one, the user ticks the box for information only.
