Insurance Product

On the Insurance Product Card, the user enters the product parameters.

Product overview: via the navigation bar or search through the magnifying glass.

The insurance product card has one tab, General.

Field:

• Number (No.)

  • Insurance Product Labeling

• Description (Description)

  • Insurance Product Description

• Product Type (Product Base Type)

  • The user selects from the following options:

    • Property (Property)

    • Car Insurance (Liability)

    • Additional (Supplementary)

    • Other (Other)

• Priority (Priorities)

  • The user selects the priority in which the product will be offered by the bidding system.

• Enters APR (Included in APR)

  • The user determines whether the insurance enters into the Annual Percentage Rate (rate) of charge.

• Related to financing (Related To Financing)

  • If the user does not check this box, the product will not be offered when insured on a financing contract.

• Prohibited for Multiple Subject Contracts (Disable for Multiple Object Contracts)

  • If the user checks this box, the system will not allow you to select – i.e. Mark Selected on the list – in the insurance policy creation wizard when creating an insurance policy and such a product is set to "basic product". If you mark Selected, the error message "Product xxx cannot be used for multiple object contracts" will follow.

• Mandatory Green Card Number (Mandatory Green Card No)

  • The user sets whether a green card number is mandatory for the product

• Mandatory Product (Mandatory Product)

  • The user enters a check mark if he/she wants to notify the user in case he/she terminates the insurance of this mandatory insurance product in case he/she terminates the insurance of this mandatory insurance product in the mass termination of insurance contracts task.
