Simple Service

Possibility to define codes and rates of the so-called simple service, which will be used by the system (user) if the Use simple service=Y flag is enabled on the Financing Product Type.

Simple service

When opened, e.g. via the Configuration Worksheet, the Simple Service overview opens.

Field:

• Code

  • To be completed manually by the user

• Fuel Type

  • Selects the fuel type by the user, lookup into API Fuel Type (4026574)

• Engine Displacement From

  • Does the user manually fill in the lower limit of the engine capacity for the given code

• Engine Displacement To (incl.)

  • Does the user manually fill in the upper limit of engine capacity for a given code

  • There cannot be two valid entries for a given Fuel Type and Engine Displacement Range

• Valid From

  • Specifies the user's valid from for the given code

• Valid To

  • The user enters valid to for the given code if he wants to terminate the code.

Simple service rates

The price list is used to enter rates for simple service codes. Available via the Rates button from the Simple Service overview.

Field:

• Code

  • Completes the system automatically when created from the row from which the rate is created

• Duration From (months)

  • The user enters the lower interval of the financing contract duration for the code

• Duration To (Incl.) (months)

  • The user enters the upper interval of the financing contract duration for the code

• Service Rate

  • Does the user enter the service rate for the code

• Valid From

  • Specifies the user valid from for the given rate

• Valid To

  • Specifies the Valid To for a given rate if the user wants to terminate the rate.
