Blocking Contracts by Statement
Blocking during report generation
If insurance contracts are proposed to be included in the statement for the insurance company, it is not possible to make changes to the financing contract, i.e. the user cannot create a change copy.

Preparing statements for reporting to the insurance company locks contracts. Other users cannot change the data on the insurance contracts until the statement for the insurance company has been checked and issued. Filling the statement lines locks the contract and blocks the creation of the change copy.

When the system tries to create a change copy, it reports:
The user can delete the report lines and reuse the suggest lines function after the change
Blocking Periods by Issued Portfolio Report

By issuing an insurance statement of type Strain The system blocks the reported period in the Insurance Company Payment Calendar by checking the flags Blocked (Blocked) and Sent (Reported).

The insurance contract period marked in this way is blocked for any changes.

If it is necessary to change the blocked period, these flags can be canceled manually by a user with permission, i.e. a user who has the value of the field Allow Unblock Ins. Reporting =Yes in User settings (Insurance tab).
