Export reports to excel
After designing the rows and checking, before the reports are issued, the user can export the report to excel. The user can export from The Insurance Statement Card via Process and Export.
After the report is issued, it is no longer possible to export the file to Excel.
-
The system creates an xls file in the structure and with the column names defined for the report in The Report definition for the insurance company
CHANGES Report Type
WHEN exporting a change report, the user can choose whether they want a one-line or two-line report.
THE default change report is single-line.
IN the single-line change report, only fields that are marked as "fixed part change" in the definition or fields marked as "track change" and at the same time a change occurred during the reporting period will be listed.
EXAMPLE of a single-line change statement
The fields "number", "insurance company contract number" and "Statement date" are marked in the report definition with a check mark in the "Fixed Part Changes" field.
THE "Insurance Company Contract Number" field has also been labeled "Track Change".
The "statement date" field has been defined from table 4027121 Insurance Statement, field 40 Statement Date.
Attention, in the field from the Insurance Statement table, the user must not check "Track change". The header of the report is always changing.
The other fields have been marked with a check mark in the "Track Change" field.
There has been a change in the fields "insurance company contract number" and "vehicle registration number"
If the user chooses two-line export, there will be two lines for each item in the report. The first row shows the current value of the fields. The second line is the original value in the field that was changed in the reporting period.
-
Two-line output of changes to excel:
-
1.row = new (current) values, the row contains all fields according to the report definition
-
2nd row = original values, system to it only writes the value of the field where it found the change
