Catalogue Commodity

The code list is used to classify an object into the commodity structure. The commodity is above the Catalogue Group in the hierarchy.

Field:

• Code

  • Enter manually by the user (must be unique)

• Title

  • To be entered manually by the user

• Description

  • Enter the user manually, a more detailed description of the commodity

• Object Category

  • Selects the user from the options to assign the commodity to the category

• Active

  • The user switches to N if they no longer want to use the commodity.
