Catalogue Subgroup

The Subgroup code list is linked to the Group code list and is used for further division of catalogue card groups. Subgroups are used only for the subject category: Machine – Equipment and Real Estate.

The settings are available via the search: Catalogue Subgroups.

A new subgroup can be entered via the "New" button on the Action Pane.

Field:

• Group

  • is entered manually by the user by selecting from the Groups table. Specifies for which group the user wants to create a given subgroup.

• Code

  • is entered manually by the user, the code of the subgroup.

• Title

  • Subgroup name (text description).

• Description

  • to be entered manually by the user

• Road Tax

  • The user manually enters the amount of the road tax for the given subgroup. If the subject subgroup is not subject to road tax, the field will remain empty.

• Active

  • A parameter that can be used to deactivate the record.
