Model Line

The Model Series code list follows the Brands code list and keeps track of the model lines of individual brands. An unlimited number of entries can be entered into the code list.

These settings are available via the search: Model Series.

A new entry can be entered via the "New" button on the Action Pane.

Field:

• Make

  • the user selects from the Brands table for which brand he wants to create a new model line.

• Code

  • entered manually by the user, it is the code for the given model series.

• Title

  • The name of the model series (text description).

• Active

  • A parameter that can be used to deactivate the record.

• Imported

  • fills in BC automatically in case of data import

• Date of issue

  • will be completed automatically in case of creating a new record

The user can switch to the Model list via the Related – Model Lines option and to the default model series discounts via Other -->Discounts.

• Make

  • Fills in the system automatically when a row is created.

• Model Line Code

  • Fills in the system automatically when a row is created.

• Object Calalogue Price Discount in %

  • The user adds the item discount for the given brand.

• Valid From

  • The user fills in the validity of the discount from.

• Valid To

  • The user fills in the validity of the discount until.
