Incident Sources

The code list is used to specify the sources of the incident. After pressing the New button, the user enters:

• Type

  • The user selects one of the Internal or External options.

• Code

  • It represents a unique code that the user enters manually.

• Description

  • The user manually enters the source description/specification

• Active

  • indicates whether the record is active and can be used further in the OC
