The code can be numeric, text, or a combination of numbers and text with a maximum length of 10 characters without spaces (it can be replaced by an underscore "_"). We recommend creating it in such a way that it is easy to remember and helps the user to identify what legal personality it is by the code

A flag that indicates whether the record is active. A non-active record is not offered for selection when you enter a legal subjectivity code on the contact card. The Legal Subjectivity Codes code list is filtered only to active records. To display non-active records, it is necessary to clear the filter for the Active field.
