Comparison with the previous period

In case the user does not want to perform To check the trunk by import, it is possible to check the trunk by comparing the new trunk with the previous period.

It is possible to compare the trunk with the previous period for framework agreements that have the flag

Don't Require Trunk Import = YES

Options to check the trunk without importing

Through the Compare Trunk with Previous Period function, where the system compares the currently designed rows with the previous trunk plus additions and minus disposals.
When selecting a set of Increments, the user must take into account that new Additions with Pro Rata or the First Free Period are not added until the following month.

The user populates the first half of the subform with the Suggest Rows function. It then runs the Compare Trunk with Previous Period function.

Selection criteria – the user selects filters based on fields from the header of the issued reports, e.g.:

In the first tab for the trunk, he selects the released trunk statement for January.
In the second tab, there is a released statement with additions for January (created at the beginning of February)
In the third tab, they select the issued statement with decreases for January (created at the beginning of February)
The result will be the February stem – the system will add the February stem to the second part of the subform.

The user checks for incomplete rows, corrects errors, and issues the agreed trunk. This is then the source of reports for the payment of insurance premiums.
