Personal Data

On the tab, you can set personal data for Detail Type = Person.

Field:

• Sex

  • Specifies the gender of the contact

  • Male/Female Options

• Name of Birth

  • Specifies the name at birth, if it needs to be recorded

• Personal ID No.

  • Specifies the person's social security number (information from an official document)

• Birth Date

  • Specifies the date of birth (data from the official document)

• Place Of Birth

  • Specifies the place of birth (information from an official document). In a text box, the user enters the entire address including zip code and city.

  • The field test is used for printouts and reports

• Country Of Birth

  • Specifies the country in which the contact was born (data from the official document)

• Citizenship (Nationality)

  • It determines the legal relationship between a person and the state.

• Customer Approval

  • Specifies the simple type of consent granted by the contact. It is necessary to determine internally what type of consent it is in the case of consent

• Job Title

  • Specifies the function of a contact in the company

• Document Type

  • The user selects the document type from the list of Personal Document Types that he wants to keep records of

• Document No. (ID No.)

  • The user fills in the document number

• Document Issue Date

  • The user fills in the document issue date

• Place of issue (Issue Place)

  • The user fills in the Place of issue of the document. In a text box, the user enters the entire address including zip code and city.

  • The field test is used for printouts and reports

• Issue Country

  • The user selects a value from the list of countries in which the document was issued
