If a data sentence arrives with a car registration number, the system searches for the object. A given license plate number can be found on multiple items (e.g. one contract has been terminated and a new contract already exists), the system automatically assigns the line to the newer contract.
It may happen that additional invoicing of costs for the old contract has been received in the data file and the line still belongs to the old contract.
A "warning" is used to notify the user, which does not prevent further processing. It is not possible to automatically determine to which contract the data record belongs.
Via the new calculated field "Number of warnings" in the batch header, the user can only view cases with warnings.
In the case of additional invoicing of costs to an old contract, the user can also filter cases with a warning in the "Lines" subform.
On the relevant line, the user can click on the Financed Object No. column to select the subject of an older contract.
