Rent Item Card

List of Rent Items is accessible from the dashboard. Rent Item Card description:

General

• No.

  • Rent Item number, will be assigned by the system automatically based on Rent Item Nos in Rent Module Setup

• Created from Item

  • Read only field showing that the Rent Item was created from Item

• Item No.

  • List of Items

• Created from Fixed Asset

  • Read only field showing that the Rent Item was created from Fixed Asset

• Fixed Asset No.

  • List of Fixed Assets

• ID Number

  • Insert an "Identification Number", unique numerical or alphanumeric code used to identify Rent Item.

• Serial Number

  • Insert a unique identifier assigned to a specific item or product, typically to distinguish it from others of the same type or model. It's often used for tracking, warranty, or inventory purposes

• Description

  • Insert description of Rent Item

• Rent Item Type

  • Select between Furniture, Hand Tools, Machine, Electronic, Special

• Color Code

  • Define list of Colors and select one

• Color Description

  • Description comes automatically based on defined Color Code

• Technical Control To

  • Date picker to identify date of Technical Control validity

• Base Unit of Measure

  • The Base Unit of Measure refers to the fundamental unit in which a product or service is measured for pricing, inventory, and transactions. It serves as the standard unit for comparison or conversion.

• Units Count

  • The Units Count refers to the total number of individual items or units in a specific batch, order, inventory, or shipment. It’s used to quantify how many units of a product exist in a given context.

• Actual Price

  • The Actual Price is the final price at which a product or service is sold after considering various factors like discounts, taxes, or surcharges. It’s the real price paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Rent Item

• Tariff Group

  • A classification of goods or services based on similar characteristics

  • Based on combination of Tariff Group and Tariff Subgroup are defined Pricelists

• Tariff Subgroup

  • A more specific categorization within a tariff group, further detailing goods or services

  • Based on combination of Tariff Group and Tariff Subgroup are defined Pricelists

• Pricelist Code

  • Filter of available Pricelist Codes based on selected Tariff Group and Tariff Subgroup

  • Without assigned Pricelist Code is not possible to make a rent

  • Based on Pricelist Code are shown prices in rent lines for products or services.

• Activation Date

  • The date when a Rent Item becomes active or available for use.

• Deactivation Date

  • The date when a Rent Item is no longer available for rental.

• Location Code

  • A unique code used to identify a specific geographical location or place within a system.

• Location Place

  • The physical place associated with a location code, like an address or area.

• Item Status

  • The current condition or availability of an item (statuses are described lower)

• Package Item Code

  • In case you want to involve Rent Item into package, assign Rent Item to Package Item Code.

  • The start date of the first insurance coverage period.

• Insurance 1 To

  • The end date of the first insurance coverage period.

  • The total value or coverage amount of the insurance policy.

  • Read only field showing the status of the item
