Calculation detail

The calculation detail contains the following information:

Basic information

• Calculation No.

  • The calculation number consists of a prefix and a number according to the settings in the Administration > General Settings > Offer Numbering

  • For each new saved offer, the system increments the number by 1

  • The last used number is stored in the Administration afield No. Series

• Created

  • The system will add the current date of creation/saving of the calculation

• Validity

  • Complements the system as Calculation Creation Date + number of days entered in settings - Administration > General settings > Offer validity (in days)

  • Checks validity REFI Code in the calculation, and if the Valid To on REFI Code lower than the calculated date, uses the date from Valid To on REFI Code

• Created

  • The system adds the name and surname of the user who created the calculation

• Customer

  • Adds company name, e-mail and phone number to the extent specified by the user when saving the calculation (it is not mandatory to enter all customer information)

• Product Type

  • The system will populate the name of the product selected in Financing parameters

Vehicle

• The system will display the data entered and calculated when creating the calculation in the section Car Configuration

• The information is as follows

  • Make

  • Model

  • Fuel

  • Volume in ccm

  • Type

  • Optional equipment

    • The system displays a description of the optional equipment selected when the car is configured

Vehicle price

• The system will display the data entered and calculated when creating the calculation in the section Car Configuration

• The information is as follows

  • Car List Price Incl. VAT

  • List price of the car without VAT

  • Additional Equipment Price Incl. VAT

  • Additional Equipment Price Excl. VAT

  • Optional Equipment Price Incl. VAT

  • Optional Equipment Price Excl. VAT

  • Vehicle Price Incl. VAT

  • Vehicle Price Excl. VAT

  • Discount in %

  • Discount in CZK incl. VAT

  • Discount in CZK without VAT

  • Total Purchase Price Incl. VAT

  • Total Purchase Price Excl. VAT

Basic Insurance

• The system displays the selected insurance including a description of the selected rate, where the insurance product is marked as Basic (Administration > Insurance > Insurance Products > Product Type

Additional Insurance

• The system displays the selected insurance including a description of the selected rate, where the insurance product is marked as Additional (Administration > Insurance > Insurance Products > Product Type

Services

• The system will display all selected services, only at the service name level

ZH and SN

• Residual Value

  • The system displays the residual value received from the API_prices or entered manually by the user

• Service Costs

  • The system displays the value of the service in the calculation received from the API_prices (or reduced by the discount entered by the user) or entered manually by the user

Costing

• Planned Yearly Mileage

  • Completes the system from the combination of the selected calculation

• Length of lease

  • Completes the system from the combination of the selected calculation

• Excess km rate

  • Will the system complement the value received from the API_prices

• Rate per sub-limit km:

  • Completes the system according to the following conditions:

    • After receiving the rate from the API_prices, the system checks whether the Maintenance or Tire Service services are included in the calculation (one of them is sufficient). If:

      • Yes

        • Complements the rate received from the API

      • No

        • Proceeds to check the field Own Under-Limit Kilometers on the selected Product. If the field is:

          •  Empty

          • Complements the rate received from the API

          • Filled

          • Takes a value from this field

          • Note: The value 0 is calculated as a completed field

At the end of the calculation detail, the monthly payment is calculated:

• Rent Including Insurance and Services Excl. VAT

• Rent Including Insurance and Services Incl. VAT
