Services

In the Services The system selects services for display according to the following logic:

• It filters services by product type in the Parameters financing and settings in the Administration > Product Configuration > Products and Services > Services afield Products:

  • Services with the selected type of financing product

  • Services without filling in the financing product type (applies to all types of financing products)

The user is shown the services they have in their settings (Administration > Product Configuration > Products and Services > Service > Display):

• Mandatory - Visible

  • The checkbox for the service is checked and the field is non-editable

• Available

  • The checkbox next to the service is unchecked and is editable

If more than one suitable rate is available for the service, e.g. Service Replacement Vehicle, where the amount of the rate depends on the category of the replacement vehicle, the system will offer the rates for selection after checking the checkbox

Tire Service

After selecting (ticking) the service Tire Service The system will display a tire selection form. To the calculation of the price of the service Tire Service The following services are included:

• Tires

• Rims (in case of marking sets)

• Tire change

• Storage

Calculation of the price for the service Tire Service Depends on entering the amount for the service:

• Automatic (according to the set rates in the Administration)

• Manual (by entering the price of the service in absolute value)

Tire Service Parameters

• Tire Service Type

  • The user selects one of the options:

    • Tires

    • Ensembles

• Tire Categories

  • The user selects one of the options:

    • Basic

    • Medium

    • Premium

• Different sizes of front and rear wheels

  • The user ticks if the customer requires different dimensions of front and rear wheels

  • If the field is checked, the system expands the form with the option to enter different dimensions (see the picture below):

    • Summer Front Tyre

    • Summer Rear Tyre

    • Winter Front Tyre

    • Winter Rear Tyre

Summer Tyres/Winter Tires

• Width/Profile/Diameter

  • The user selects from a list of available tires according to the selected category

  • After selecting a value in one field, the system filters the other fields from the available combinations according to the selected value

Tyre Type

• Personal

  • If the value of the field is Yes (checked - default value)

    • To calculate the service, the system will only use tire rates that have a field value Type = Personal

• SUV

  • If the value of the field is Yes (checked)

    • To calculate the service, the system will only use tire rates that have a field value Type = 4x4/SUV

• VAN

  • If the value of the field is Yes (checked)

    • To calculate the service, the system will only use tire rates that have a field value Type = VAN

Tire Property

• Runflat

  • If the value of the field is.

    • Yes (checked)

      • To calculate the service, the system will only use tire rates that have a field value Runflat = Yes

    • No

      • To calculate the service, the system will only use tire rates that have a field value Runflat = No

• XL

  • If the value of the field is:

    • Yes (checked)

      • To calculate the service, the system will only use tire rates that have a value of the field XL = Yes

    • No

      • To calculate the service, the system will use all tire rates, regardless of the XL parameter (i.e. rates with XL = Yes and rates with XL = No)

If the allowed combinations of flags for tire type and property are checked, the calculation system will use rates selected by a complex filter (e.g. Personal + XL).

Manually Entering the Amount for Tire Service

If the user wants to enter the amount for the Tire Service service in absolute value (the system will not calculate according to the rates entered in the Administration), after selecting tires (category, size, type, property), enters the amount in the fields located on the tire input form.

• Tire Service Price Excl. VAT

  • Price for all tire service services, i.e. tires, tire change, storage)

• Price Discount Provided %

  • The field is editable after entering the amount in the previous field

• Price after discount CZK

  • The system calculates automatically

    • Tire Service Price Excl. VAT * (1 - provided discount from the price %/100)

  • This amount represents the total price of the tire service for all tire service for the entire duration of the financing contract
