The process of transferring a contract to another customer is described Contract Changes .
When transferring a contract to a new customer using the wizard (page 4046865), the user can enter a transfer fee. The wizard uses the Create Invoice function to generate a Sales Invoice that the user posts.
The following information is copied from the wizard to the invoice:

Posting Date

Payment Terms Code (the default payment term is from OneCore Settings)

Fee amount excl. VAT (in contract currency)

Customer No. (either the original customer or the new customer as selected)
The fields are filled in in the same way as when creating an individual invoice from a Financing Contract, with the following differences:

according to the customer selected in the wizard (fee customer number field)

Posting Date

from the wizard (Transfer Fee – Posting Date field); Filling in the date is mandatory. If the Posting Date falls within a closed accounting period, the date is not shifted, the user must change it manually on the invoice.

it is calculated from the Posting Date and Payment Terms Code that are entered in the wizard
