Reminder automation is a standard functionality of Business Central (Reminder Automation). This functionality is available in Business Central starting in version 24. More information about this functionality can be found here:
The automatic reminder process settings are set in the Reminder Automation List (6753, List). Subsequently, it is necessary to set individual actions for the process from 3 predefined ones, namely:

Create Reminders Setup (6757) -
Issue Reminders Setup (6756) -
Send Reminders Setup (6755)
Starting the task is possible via the "Start" button on the tab Reminder Automation Card (6752, Card). The whole process then takes place in the background with the help of jobs. The result can be seen in the log - Reminder Action Group Log (6753). Reminders can also be displayed directly via the "Reminders" action.
