Vehicle selection
In this section, the user selects a specific car from the Vehicle List z Administration.
The selection of vehicles is limited by the settings in the Administration > Users and Organizations > Manage Restrictions.
A user can only select from tags that he/she or the organization to which he/she is assigned, specified in the constraint management. If there is no record for a given user or organization, the system will offer all available tags.
After you select a value in a field Make, the system unlocks the field Model filtered to the selected tag. He proceeds in a similar way in the fields Fuel, Volume in ccm and Type.
VAT regime
In the VAT regime The user can decide in which variant he will enter the entire car, additional equipment and discounts. If the prices include VAT, the system calculates the amounts excluding VAT, which are then used in the calculation of the instalment.
Entering the price of the vehicle, optional and additional equipment
In the next section, the user enters the price of the vehicle, additional and additional equipment and the amount of the discount in % or absolute value.
In the event that it is in the Administration In the Configurations > Optional Equipment > Equipment Groups equipment is set for the class of the selected vehicle, the system will display Optional equipment.
When you hover the cursor over the question mark for a selected element, the system displays the description that is entered for that element in the Administration In the Configure > Optional Equipment > Equipment items.
The number of checked optional equipment elements will affect the residual value according to the percentage impact setting in the table above Administration.
Vehicle Price Discount
The vehicle discount applies only to the price of the vehicle and optional equipment. The price of additional equipment is not included in the discount.
The discount can be entered:

As a percentage,

In absolute value
After entering a value in one of the fields, the system calculates the value of the other field.
In the case of an additional adjustment of the price of the vehicle or optional equipment, the system "holds" the discount entered in absolute value and calculates the discount in %-tech.
Price Recap
At the end of the vehicle configuration, the system displays Price Recap, where prices without or including VAT are shown, depending on the method selected under VAT regime.
