IN the OneCore system, it is possible to issue an Insurance Confirmation for a financing contract for the customer and send it as an email attachment to the customer's contact person.
the amendment applies to CZ legislation, but it is also applicable in other countries (W1 functionality).

Contact - customer person
It is necessary to set the e-mail and "job responsibility" of the type "person" of the customer, which is in the definition of the printouts for the insurance confirmation, and the e-mail address, so that the address in the insurance confirmation e-mail is filled in correctly.
Word template
STANDARD report layouts must be used in the Printout Definition. Word report layout is also used for the body of the email.
WHEN setting up, you need to create a Custom Report Layout – new row and select the report number with the Word Data. Set. Then it is possible to "import" a pre-prepared layout into a new row.
For Report Layouts, it is possible to use a custom template prepared in Word, which can be edited in the "Developer" section – XML Mapping Pane.
IN XML Mapping, select Data. Set "API_Insurance_Confirmation/4027190/" and map the "Data. Set" field to a custom template field. In the Data. Set, there are prepared fields with data about the insured (customer), the financed object, the insurance company and insurance contracts.
To fill a financing contract with insurance policies, you need to insert a blank table with several columns into the layout. Set "Recurrence" above the selected table row and the entire Data. Set and then populate the table with individual fields as "plain text". E.g. Table with 2 columns "insurance product description" and "insurance conditions".

Process
Conditions for the selection of insurance policies
The conditions for selecting insurance policies for Insurance Confirmation are:

Insurance policy with Framework Agreement Type = Collective

On the framework agreement there is a Contract of Removed Objects = No

Valid to > current day (to exclude terminated insurance policies)

All insurance policies on the financing contract where "Valid from" is equal to or greater than

Object Handover Date or Expected Object Handover Date (triggered from the contract)

"Valid from" selected fuse (triggered from fuse)

ATTACHMENTS are according to insurance companies.
Submit Insurance Confirmation
A confirmation can be created on an insurance contract or a financing contract.
Above the overview or card financing Contracts section Report/ Send Documentswhere the user selects the "code" of the insurance confirmation printout definition.

According to the definition of print outputs, the system prepares and opens an email to the customer.
ATTACHED is an "insurance confirmation" according to insurance companies. That's as many attachments as the number of insurance companies that insures the subject of financing through collective contracts of the leasing company.
After reviewing, the user can edit, send or cancel the email.
If the email is sent, then the date and time of sending the confirmation will be filled in on the insurance contracts.
If the user selects Print Documents and selects Print Output Code for Insurance Confirmation, the system reports an error message: "The Insurance Confirmation Report can only be sent."
